Join us and take the opportunity whilst in this part of the world to visit the Ecuador Amazon Rainforest. It is located in the Eastern lowlands of Ecuador. This region descends from the foothills of the Andes to 200 metres above sea level, this is the upper edge of the worlds Amazon basin. In Ecuador there is more than 5.5 million square kilometers of this type of forest and it is considered one of the 25 hot spots of biodiversity on the planet with more variety of plants and animals than any other place in the world. Among the records of biodiversity it has 10% of the animals and plants that exist in the plant. In the Ecuador jungle live 10 of the 14 indigenous nationalities of the Ecuador. The official language is Spanish but other native indigenous languages exist.
